How Long Does A Tracfone Transfer Service From One

How to Transfer sometime Tracfone service to new Tracfone (HSN deal)? I desire to transfer Tracfone service from an older phone to a new 1 I picked up from an HSN deal.
What is the proper procedure to keep the phone number, data, texts, etc. from my old phone while activating my new telephone and getting the 1200 minutes, texts, data that is supposed to come with information technology?
Should I exist using the website to accomplish this or chat or calling? I simply want to brand sure that I don't spiral it up and lose anything.
- You can use the web site (I think there's a special ane for activating HSN deal, cheque the instructions). Make certain y'all select the option to "Transfer my number from another Tracfone" later clicking on Activate. Everything will be transferred from your old phone to the new telephone first, so the bundled units/days will be added to the new telephone.

When I did a transfer a week agone, my balance of effectually 5000 in each bucket didn't get transferred. Two days afterward, when I contacted TF about it, I just pasted a part of the previous transcript that I saved and got no dispute from the rep.

Thanks for your help! I finally transferred from the old phone / activated the new phone today. The old phone was not showing up on my account, so information technology took a while on chat to become that fixed. I had them verify my data, text, etc. balance and so used the Activate.TracFone.com website, which seems to be simply for HSN and QVC (there might have been one more shop - I can't remember).
Anyway, it all worked out ok. I retrieve I will wait a couple of days and then initiate the transfer back to the old phone, every bit that is a amend phone. Hopefully that will go smoothly, too.

Good to hear it went well. Hopefully the next one will be equally problem-free.
- How do yous get a transcript? Used chat for the beginning fourth dimension a few days ago and did not run into annihilation about information technology.

- Two things might happen:

ii. If it doesn't check and proceeding with activating the telephone with a new number, information technology'll overwrite your existing BYOP SIM (assuming it's reusable) and wipe out your existing phone number.Sounds like a potential mess.

Is this doable? Is information technology self service which I adopt.Thanx!!
- Can't be done as self-service. It's against TF policy, but Maybe you can find a sympathetic and competent rep who agrees to combine buckets from two smartphones. Simply make certain the rep won't wipe out the phone number and buckets of the receiving phone accidentally or due to incompetence.
